I know that walking is a
very good form of exercise, but I don't like walking very much, so to make
walking more interesting, I plug in an mp3 player while doing what I planned. A

magazine.
Get
used to exercising at home
If your problem with
regular exercise is due to the park and gym being too far away or just a walk
in your area not safe enough, you can exercise at home! There are many aerobic

Or if you have the extra
budget to buy a treadmill, you can run on your treadmills every day.
Start
slowly and stay consistent
Exercise will show its
benefits if you exercise regularly and sparingly. We need to start slowly, but
with more emphasis on consistency. Too many people try to do it too early and
give up their training before they can reap the benefits.
It's a good idea to start
stretching for only 10 minutes throughout the first week. The most important weight
loss tips are consistency. Gradually, as you get
used to the exercise and are able to discipline, you can gradually increase the
intensity of the exercise.
